Southern Waves Property Management is very happy to offer you a rather
more warm and down to earth experience. With our spacious villas fully equipped and ready to enjoy
as your second home, giving you that peace of mind of feeling welcomed and at ease, we are here to
answer all your questions as we understand that communication is so important. You will have the
confidence to get adventurous and set off to discover the nature around you in the beautiful Town of
Clermont or the City life with the many amusement parks and the Fairy tales of Disney, at only 20
minutes away! We are close to it all!
If food is one of your priorities, we got you covered! You will find
restaurants and food services as well as supermarkets and pharmacies all around you. For people of
faith, we are very proud to inform you that Clermont has beautiful Churches to choose from to have a
worship time! We are on a mission to make your vacations, business related trips, family gatherings
and other special occasions as smooth and practical as possible. Our clubhouse is also open to
visitors with all the amenities free of charge!
We have a community pool and a tennis court for your enjoyment! A gym and
a tv area to cool off when it's too hot outside. We value a quality life and time spent with family
is deeply treasured. This is why our priority is to ensure you have a great experience and to help
in the process of creating unforgettable moments.

This house is very clean, spacious and comfortable, I was
there with my family, including a toddler and a two month old, and we
really enjoyed it, felt just like home. Nancy was amazing, very sweet
and provided great service and communication to make things as smooth as

This home was very spacious & accommodating. Home was
clean & the pool was a nice feature. There was also a nice community
pool & rec area. Lots of great shopping & restaurants nearby
& a short distance to major theme parks. Communication with the host

See the grandsons It was a great house for a visit with
our daughter and her family. Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery store,
plenty of space and seating for all to be comfortable!
